I found Andy by googling for a kisstory DJ to play at my 40th birthday party in Hertfordshire. When I first contacted him, he was so friendly and helpful and I could tell he has a real passion for this genre or music, particularly UK garage. I felt he was completely on my wavelength and after speaking to a couple of other DJs, I booked Andy. He was extremely professional from start to finish and a really lovely person to deal with. On the night he turned up on time, had a difficult sloped marquee floor to set up on but made it work. His set up was brilliant and from start to finish he changed the music according to the play list I had sent him and kept the party going until 2am. He managed to flawlessly switch from 80s soul, to UKG, to dance, to a few 80s tracks to current and it suited all the guests as there was something for everyone. Without all the ‘cheesy’ music I had insisted we avoided. I can’t thank Andy enough for doing such a brilliant job and hope to use him again in the future.

Andy was fantastic, all the way from booking right up until and all the way through the night ! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Andy’s set up looked amazing and played the music we had asked for aswell as songs to get the crowd going. Me and my husband had an amazing night and I couldn’t get off the dance floor ! The night flew by and I didn’t want it to stop. Herts Events (Andy) provided the music for our wedding at the Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club. We had previously agreed the sort of music we wanted which was from 1970s up to today and he certainly didn’t let us down. He was friendly, totally professional did exactly what we had asked for. He kept the dance floor packed until the very end. I would highly recommend him to anyone on the lookout for a friendly, helpful DJ with excellent taste in music.

What can I say! Andy DJ’d our wedding on 27th October, and the music was incredible. We gave him a huge mix of songs—from kids’ tunes to garage and rock—and he blended them perfectly, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. Andy is friendly, easy to work with, and has become our ‘go-to’ DJ for all events. Highly recommended!

Where to begin………. Booked Andy for our wedding as we were looking for something a bit different from the usual wedding playlist and wanted something a bit more soulful and Old Skool with a little bit of Irish for our guests. What a mix! From our very first chat – he just got it and I knew we were in safe hands. Everybody loved the music and the dancefloor was full all night. Superb, Entertaining and extremely Professional. We hired Andy from Herts events for our wedding at That Amazing Place! From the moment we met he was calm, composed and kept us at ease on music choice and style for the day. He made sure it was right and proper for us and during course of night kept checking with us to make sure we were happy and communicated extremely well with our guests. People were always dancing and that credit has to go to Andy. Sidenote, Andy’s wife gave birth 24 hours prior and still done our event, a true professional and putting others first…Albeit we told him he shouldn’t of for obvious reasons. Andy, Thank you for absolutely everything you did for us on our wedding day. All of the songs were perfect and got everybody up and dancing, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! I look back on the videos and you just made it so lively and we loved it so much. You made everything so seamless and perfect for the surprise gender reveal too and the fact you added ‘isn’t she lovely’ song straight after the balloon popped has made the most beautiful memory to look back on and I will always remember that song for our baby girl. Andy is absolutely amazing! He first played at my 21st and then at our wedding! Yet again he was incredible, everyone was up and dancing all night long from the moment of after the first dance until the lights came on! We sure danced the night away! Andy DJ’d our wedding in August and was absolutely fantastic! We had given him a playlist of songs we liked and he used this to curate the perfect set that had people up on the dance floor all night long. He engaged with the guests, got everyone up doing the conga line (a sight I never thought I would see) and took song requests from everyone throughout the night. We just wanted to take a quick moment to thank Andy for everything! What a set – honestly, all our guests have not stopped talking about how great the music was. From start to finish received personable and friendly service. Andy was happy to play whatever music we wanted and was us as flexible as we needed him to be with music genres. Communication was always organised and never dragged, and he showed alot of understanding during several covid cancellations. In one word, he was reliable and we never doubted he would play any and all songs we wanted. On top of that, the lighting set-up itself is excellent and customisable to our tastes. We cannot thank Andy enough for making our wedding reception so amazing. Unlike another DJ we experienced, he read the room perfectly, kept the dance floor full, and played all our favourites from the playlist we created. We finally had the pleasure of Andy playing at our covid delayed wedding party, 3 years on from the original date we had booked. It was definitely worth the wait and Andy was simply amazing throughout the whole process in terms of his communication and honouring pre covid prices. Andy played a perfect mix of music for everyone and included the songs we asked for. Our guests were full or compliments as well btw Andy. My husband Ashley and I hired Andy for our wedding at ‘That Amazing Place’ in Old Harlow. We initially met at an open day for the venue and our first impression was that Andy was extremely fun and passionate about his job! This was certainly the case and he delivered above and beyond on the wedding day! His playlist had something for everyone—soul, Motown, R&B, 80s bangers, club classics, reggae, and a bit of rock. The dance floor was full all night, and his equipment and lighting looked sleek and professional. The karaoke was a fun highlight that got everyone involved.
