Thank you for considering Herts Events. If you’re planning a wedding, party or special event, I’d love to hear what you’ve got planned.
Whether you already have a clear idea of what you’re looking for or you’re still working things out, I’m always happy to talk through your plans. I can offer advice on music, timings, the DJ setup and anything else you may be unsure about.
When You Book Herts Events, You’re Booking Me
From your first enquiry through to the final song of your wedding or event, you will deal directly with me.
There are no agencies, no subcontractors and no surprise DJs arriving on the day. I’ll be the person you speak to, the person planning your music and the person behind the decks on the night.
I think that personal connection matters, particularly when you’re planning a wedding. You should know who you’re booking and feel comfortable talking to them about your plans.
What Happens After You Enquire?
Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll check the date and come back to you with availability, pricing and the options that would suit your event.
If you have questions, we can talk through them by email or arrange a chat. There’s no pressure to make a decision straight away. I’d much rather you have all the information you need before deciding whether Herts Events is right for you.
Planning Your Music
The music is a big part of any celebration, but choosing what to play doesn’t have to be complicated.
You might already have a playlist full of favourite songs, or you may simply know the sort of music you enjoy. Either way, I’ll work with your ideas and make sure the music suits you, your guests and the atmosphere you want to create.
I can also help with first dance choices, must-play and do-not-play lists, special requests and the music for different parts of your day.
Working With Your Venue
I’ll also work closely with your venue and other suppliers where needed, making sure the timings, announcements and important moments fit naturally into the running order of your day.
The aim is simple, you enjoy your celebration while I take care of the music and DJ side of things.
