    At Herts Events, we are proud to be a full-time wedding DJ company with a passion for multicultural celebrations. Based on the outskirts of London, we've grown up in a diverse community and have had the honour of providing entertainment at many mixed-nationality weddings — especially those blending Greek and English traditions.

    Our very own DJ Andy (Andreas) is a British-born Greek Cypriot with years of experience performing at Greek weddings across the UK. He understands not just the music, but the cultural rhythm, energy, and flow of the evening — from traditional customs to modern party classics.

  • "We booked Andy to DJ at our wedding as he was recommended to us by a friend.
    Leading up to the day we sent Andy a few song requests and a rough idea of what type of songs we would like on our day. It was so easy for us to work with Andy, whatever we wanted was no problem! I wanted one of my friends to sing a song and she arranged it with Andy and of course, she was amazing on the day!

    We also asked him to play some Greek songs for us for my Greek family which was no problem for him, we just sent him the songs we would like played and it was as easy as that.
    The set up was done on the morning of the wedding which was great as it was ready to go when the party started in the evening. The set up was amazing and it made the atmosphere even better than we could have hoped for.

    As soon as the music started playing you couldn’t get our guests off the dance floor. All our guests had the best time and it was all down to Andy playing the best songs for us! It's so amazing that from a few emails of requests and a really rough idea of the type of music we wanted, Andy managed to get our music taste and even the music taste of our guests down to a tee!

    The Greek music was great and my family (and even the non-Greeks) loved it!

  • Andy was a brilliant DJ! We had so many people at our wedding comment on how good he was! We needed someone who could play English and Greek music and a good mix of both and Andy got it spot on! I was really specific about the lighting; worried it may be too much but after our planning meeting before the wedding Andy really put us at ease and he even knew better than I did what I wanted for the day! Andy was extremely flexible with timings and we had a great chat at our planning meeting, as soon as we mentioned a few songs we liked and a few we didn’t, Andy got our music tastes straight away, and gave us such a good price as well! I was genuinely shocked at the price of the package we got for such a professional and expert service!
    Our guests were dancing all night and that was thanks to Andy. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have the best party.
