Andy DJ’d for our wedding at That Amazing Place and was absolutely brilliant from the first song to the last. The music selection was top notch, he interacted so well with the guests and was generally just an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much, Andy – you’re a star!

Andy was amazing from the moment we met him at the open day right through until our wedding day. Very friendly, amazing energy and overall made our perfect day more amazing. We couldn’t recommend him enough.

You won’t find a DJ in the area better than Andy! He was absolutely insane on our wedding night, we’ve had endless comments on how much our guests enjoyed the music! He spoke with us before our big day regarding what sort of music we wanted and he absolutely nailed it! He really got the party going and gave us the perfect end to our big day! Andy was the best DJ we could have possibly asked for on our wedding day. From the first call we had with him we knew he was the one for us. Not only is he a lovely human being, but he is so thorough in preparing with you before the day, communicating at different points throughout the night, and the flow of his set kept us on the dance floor all night. Whatever your occasion, whatever genres of music you want, no matter if it’s eclectic, Andy is an absolute must book! All of our guests raved and said it was the best wedding dance floor they have ever been on, and that’s thanks to Andy! Thank you for everything mate! Wish we could do it all over again :).

Our DJ Andy was extremely helpful in sorting out our playlist and first dance for our small family wedding. Having given him some background on our musical tastes he absolutely nailed it on the night, with ourselves and our guest dancing the night away. I don’t recall the dance floor being empty at any point during the evening.

We are so pleased that we booked Andy to DJ at our evening wedding reception on 5th April 2025. From our first enquiry in June 2024 through to the day of the event itself Andy was extremely friendly, helpful, communicative and reassuring while we were making all of our arrangements with the venue. We also hired a band so it was important that Andy was able to work alongside them on the night and liaise with them in the run up to the event – which he did brilliantly. He also made sure to accommodate as many of our guests’ requests as possible which they appreciated. Andy was absolutely brilliant as DJ for our wedding at Sheene Mill. Prior to the day, we collated a selection of requested songs from our guests so that Andy had an idea of the type of music we and our guests liked (which was a vast range of genres – he definitely had a challenge on his hands). We had our wedding at Tewin yesterday and Andy was unreal! He kept the vibes going all night and completely catered to every guest. He knew exactly how to get the crowd onto the dance floor and as the bride I never left the dance floor once because he created such a great party atmosphere. You genuinely made our night. The music was so important to Wes and myself, we needed someone who could play to the crowd and combine all our favourite genres and tunes seamlessly and you absolutely delivered and more. Every tune mixed, hit after hit played, even the cutting the drop from Turn Down For What into Dancing Queen – you matched our vision perfectly. The last 45 minutes was like our own personal club night and the floor was full! Andy was our DJ for a recent corporate social event and did a fantastic job! He put together a great playlist for us, and staff really enjoyed the karaoke. My husband Ashley and I hired Andy for our wedding at ‘That Amazing Place’ in Old Harlow. We initially met at an open day for the venue and our first impression was that Andy was extremely fun and passionate about his job! From start to finish received personable and friendly service. Andy was happy to play whatever music we wanted and was us as flexible as we needed him to be with music genres. Communication was always organised and never dragged, and he showed alot of understanding during several covid cancellations. In one word, he was reliable and we never doubted he would play any and all songs we wanted. On top of that, the lighting set-up itself is excellent and customisable to our tastes. We just wanted to take a quick moment to thank Andy for everything! What a set – honestly, all our guests have not stopped talking about how great the music was. Andy brought such amazing vibes and make our day that extra bit special. The first dance drop was everything we imagined and more. The Greek section was so fun – everyone really got stuck in. Andy DJ’d our wedding in August and was absolutely fantastic! We had given him a playlist of songs we liked and he used this to curate the perfect set that had people up on the dance floor all night long. He engaged with the guests, got everyone up doing the conga line (a sight I never thought I would see) and took song requests from everyone throughout the night. Superb, Entertaining and extremely Professional. We hired Andy from Herts events for our wedding at That Amazing Place! From the moment we met he was calm, composed and kept us at ease on music choice and style for the day. He made sure it was right and proper for us and during course of night kept checking with us to make sure we were happy and communicated extremely well with our guests. People were always dancing and that credit has to go to Andy. Sidenote, Andy’s wife gave birth 24 hours prior and still done our event, a true professional and putting others first…Albeit we told him he shouldn’t of for obvious reasons. Where to begin………. Booked Andy for our wedding as we were looking for something a bit different from the usual wedding playlist and wanted something a bit more soulful and Old Skool with a little bit of Irish for our guests. Herts Events (Andy) provided the music for our wedding at the Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club. We had previously agreed the sort of music we wanted which was from 1970s up to today and he certainly didn’t let us down. He was friendly, totally professional did exactly what we had asked for. I found Andy by googling for a kisstory DJ to play at my 40th birthday party in Hertfordshire. When I first contacted him, he was so friendly and helpful and I could tell he has a real passion for this genre or music, particularly UK garage. I felt he was completely on my wavelength and after speaking to a couple of other DJs, I booked Andy. He was extremely professional from start to finish and a really lovely person to deal with. On the night he turned up on time, had a difficult sloped marquee floor to set up on but made it work. His set up was brilliant and from start to finish he changed the music according to the play list I had sent him and kept the party going until 2am. He managed to flawlessly switch from 80s soul, to UKG, to dance, to a few 80s tracks to current and it suited all the guests as there was something for everyone. Without all the ‘cheesy’ music I had insisted we avoided. I can’t thank Andy enough for doing such a brilliant job and hope to use him again in the future.

We finally had the pleasure of Andy playing at our covid delayed wedding party, 3 years on from the original date we had booked. It was definitely worth the wait and Andy was simply amazing throughout the whole process in terms of his communication and honouring pre covid prices. Andy played a perfect mix of music for everyone and included the songs we asked for. Our guests were full or compliments as well btw Andy.
