    We’re proud to offer the Herts Events Guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind that you’ve booked a professional, reliable, and experienced wedding DJ.

    🎶 Will the DJ have all my favourite songs — and avoid the ones I don’t like?

    Absolutely! Every couple who books with us is invited to submit a custom playlist of songs, artists, and genres they love — as well as any “Do Not Play” songs they want us to avoid.

    We’re multi-genre DJs and can mix a wide range of styles, including:

    • R&B, House, UK Garage, Kisstory Anthems

    • Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae

    • Disco, Motown, Soul

    • Modern & Retro Pop

    • Indie, Rock 'n' Roll, Country, Swing

    • And yes — a little cheesy party music, if that's your thing!


    💡 What lighting do you provide?

    We use state-of-the-art LED moving head lights, all computer-controlled with fully customizable colours and patterns.

    Some of our most popular lighting effects include:

    • ❤️ Love hearts for your first dance

    • ❄️ Snowflakes for festive events

    • 🌹 Roses, stars, and other custom gobos

    • 🎇 Uplighting & mirror ball effects

    You can even request a personalised lighting projection with your names or message — and we only charge the cost of producing the gobo (no markup from us!).

    ⏰ When will you set up?

    We’ll set up at a time that works best for your schedule and venue. Typically, this is during the room turnaround period (about one hour before the evening reception).

    📍 For venues outside our local area or for early setups, a small additional fee may apply.


    💍 Can you provide music for the ceremony and wedding breakfast too?

    Yes! We're available for as long as you need us.

    Our standard packages include up to 5 hours of performance, but you’re welcome to add more time at a reduced hourly rate — perfect for all-day coverage, including:

    • Ceremony music

    • Background music during drinks or dinner

    • Evening DJ set


    📝 How do I confirm my booking?

    To confirm your booking, we’ll send you a booking invoice and contract that includes:

    • Event date and venue

    • Package details and upgrades

    • Start and finish times

    • All client and DJ contact information

    We ask for a small deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due one month before the event.

    We’re also happy to provide PAT Test and Public Liability Insurance (PLI) documents upon request — often required by venues.


    🚨 What happens if you can’t attend on the day?

    Thankfully, this has never happened — but in the very unlikely event that both Andy and Mark are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, we have trusted backup DJs on standby.

    These are highly experienced professionals we’ve worked with personally, so you’ll still receive the same great service and smooth experience — no last-minute panic.
